Having personally coached well over a thousand clients to navigate change and achieve greater success in their professional lives, Zofia is experienced in supporting people in their endeavours, by applying professional techniques to set goals, challenge presumptions, establish effective strategies, boost confidence and maintain high motivation levels.
Having spent most of her coaching career in the employment sector, she has worked with people from all backgrounds and comes with a strong understanding of a large range of industries.
Zofia herself started her career in Accounting but soon moved over to the wondrous world of Tourism, which took her from her first home country of Sweden, to 50 countries across the world. She has managed travel destinations on 5 continents, coordinated sales onboard a major cruise line and led hundreds of tours – enough to also learn 7 languages along the way.
Her combined passion for people’s personal & professional development and business eventually led her to transition into Human Resource Management, where she’s been trusted to provide strategic and operational advice to senior business leaders regarding employee relations, process improvements, recruitment, contracts, reporting as well as change management due to the effects of Covid-19.
Zofia’s thirst for learning has earned her multiple certifications and four tertiary degrees across Business, Leadership and Social Sciences. She also enjoys training and inspiring others, and has experience across classroom teaching, facilitation of health & wellbeing workshops, corporate events, team building and overseas student programs for entrepreneurship and social innovation.
Australia has been Zofia’s new home country since 8 years back and she loves the Sunshine Coast lifestyle she gets to enjoy with her partner and two dogs, a husky and a border collie.
When she’s not helping clients succeed in their business she can also be found Latin dancing, chasing waterfalls and mountain tops, camping or strolling a local Sunday market.
